Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

The position requires an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in the following areas:

• Redwood Page Customization and Personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) .
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM technical components, including:
• BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
• HCM Extracts
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Related HCM reporting and integration capabilities.

Role Summary:

The consultant will be responsible for delivering techno-functional solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Redwood user experience customization, reporting, data extraction, and business intelligence requirements. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure and personalize HCM applications, develop technical components, and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and personalize Oracle HCM Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports to support business reporting needs.
• Build, enhance, and support HCM Extracts for inbound and outbound data requirements.
• Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment of enhancements.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues related to HCM technical components.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and organizational standards during solution delivery.
