Roles and Responsibilities
Should have lead projects related to transformation of Retail Assets and Retail Liabilities functions across the on boarding and servicing processes
Follow the DMAIC methodology to identify business problems, improvement areas/opportunities and resolution of same
Should be able to drive projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Ops/Risk/Compliance/Product/Sales channels/IT etc) for end to end implementation (from defining problem statement/opportunities till delivery of project)
To define proper governance and conduct regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure project movement
Work with seniors on anchoring ongoing initiatives across the bank and providing regular updates
Conduct post implementation reviews and have regular governance to ensure project is on track and highlight issues if any
Provide inputs in designing strategic approach to manage change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
