Position
Overview:
As an Operations
Executive , you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of the
organization’s skill development programs. You will be responsible for managing
day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of training programs under
various government schemes, and supporting the team in achieving operational
goals. The role demands strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of
skill development initiatives, and the ability to coordinate multiple
activities effectively.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of skill development
programs under HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, and other government
skill development schemes. - Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and
stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of training centers. - Ensure compliance with guidelines and
processes set by government bodies for skill development initiatives. - Assist in maintaining accurate records of
trainees, training progress, and certifications. - Monitor daily activities at training centers
to ensure adherence to the program schedule and quality standards. - Provide regular reports on program
performance, progress, and outcomes to senior management. - Handle documentation related to government
schemes, including the submission of reports, certifications, and claims. - Support the planning and execution of
workshops, awareness programs, and community engagement activities. - Assist in troubleshooting operational
issues, addressing queries from trainees and stakeholders, and ensuring
timely resolution. - Collaborate with the HR and training
departments to recruit, train, and manage staff involved in the training
programs. - Build and maintain positive relationships
with government agencies, industry partners, and training institutions. - Ensure proper coordination between various
teams for the timely delivery of services under different skill
development programs. - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
(Preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field). - Prior experience in operations or project
management, preferably in skill development, training, or government
schemes. - Knowledge of skill development schemes such
as HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, etc. - Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). - Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently as well as in
a team environment. - Willingness to learn and stay updated with
new skill development initiatives and government policies.
