Job Description
Role: Business Development Executive – RPO Sales
Location: Noida (On-site )
Experience: 2–6 years in Staffing / RPO / US Recruitment Sales
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales (US market preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities in RPO & Staffing services
• Prospect through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across US and global markets
• Understand client hiring challenges and offer customized RPO solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Requirements :
