Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management programs.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with industry requirements and emerging trends.
• Conduct research and publish in reputed Scopus, ABDC, SCI/SSCI, and UGC CARE-listed journals.
• Guide student projects, dissertations, internships, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Foster industry-academia collaborations and corporate engagement.
• Organize conferences, workshops, FDPs, MDPs, and other academic activities.
• Contribute to accreditation and quality initiatives such as NAAC, NBA, and NIRF.
• Mentor students for placements, higher studies, and professional development.
• Participate in departmental administration and institutional development activities.

Eligibility & Experience

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. in Management or relevant specialization from a recognized university.
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.
• Strong research and publication profile preferred.

Professor

• Ph.D. in Management or relevant specialization from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.
• Demonstrated academic leadership with significant research publications, funded projects, consultancy assignments, patents, and institutional contributions.
• Experience in accreditation, curriculum development, and academic administration will be an added advantage.
