Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience with proven delivery experience in Agentforce or Einstein Copilot implementations.
  • Experienced Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to design, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents across Sales, Service, and Operations functions.
  • Own the complete agent delivery lifecycle, from translating business requirements into intelligent automation use cases through Agent Studio configuration, Prompt
  • Builder optimization, Data Cloud grounding, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams to ensure Agentforce solutions meet organizational standards for functionality, trust, compliance, scalability, and performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize Agentforce automation opportunities across Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
  • Configure Agentforce Agent Studio components including: Agent personas, Topics, Instructions, Clarification prompts, Actions, Escalation paths, Guardrails
  • Design and configure Einstein Copilot agents for Sales, SDR, Customer Service, and internal Operations use cases.
  • Develop, test, and optimize prompt templates using Salesforce Prompt Builder.
  • Implement contextual grounding using Salesforce Data Cloud unified customer profiles, calculated insights, and data actions.
  • Improve agent response quality through prompt tuning, transcript analysis, and contextual optimization techniques.
  • Build and maintain Agentforce actions using: Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, and Autolaunched Flows), Apex classes, REST API integrations
  • Integrate Agentforce with external systems and enterprise applications for real-time data retrieval and automation.
  • Configure Salesforce Knowledge and grounding mechanisms for Service Agent use cases.
  • Implement Omni-Channel routing and human-agent escalation workflows.
  • Configure and maintain Einstein Trust Layer controls including: Data masking, Toxicity detection, Zero-data retention policies, Audit logging and compliance monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise privacy, governance, and security standards.
  • Support end-to-end UAT activities including: Test case creation, Response validation, Edge case testing, Out-of-scope scenario handling
  • Monitor deployed agents using Agentforce Analytics and conversation transcript analysis.
  • Track KPIs such as: Containment rate, Escalation rate, Task completion success, Agent performance metrics
  • Continuously optimize agent behavior based on analytics, user feedback, and business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration guides, and user enablement materials.
  • Collaborate closely with QA, Product Owners, Architects, Data teams, and business stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce Agent Studio including: Topics, Instructions, Actions, Guardrails, Clarification prompts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Prompt Builder including: Prompt template authoring, Merge field grounding, Prompt optimization and iterative testing
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud including: Unified profiles, Identity resolution, Calculated insights, Data actions
  • Experience building agent actions using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of Einstein Trust Layer controls and AI governance mechanisms.
  • Strong experience with JSON, APIs, webhooks, and integration design.
  • Experience with Salesforce Knowledge, Digital Engagement, and Omni-Channel routing.
  • Understanding of LLM concepts including: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Context grounding, Hallucination mitigation strategies, Prompt engineering best practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
