Job & Division Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to bring energy and strong focus on results. If you have a keen interest in being a business partner to your hiring managers and creating an amazing candidate experience and brand awareness, for sure you are the one we are looking for.

Working as an Internal Recruiter across our sites in India, this is a key role in the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment process management; shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and local HR Managers
  • Assist with Job Adverts and post to relevant recruitment sites
  • Source and attract candidates – database, advertising, social media, careers fairs, etc.
  • Assist with attending Careers Fairs and Trade shows
  • Project work – employer branding, progression planning, early years’ careers
  • Maintaining and updating company systems and processes
  • Working to KPI’s and maintaining team results
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree level education
  • Good language speaker
  • Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Site based – with some flexibility
  • Key Competencies

  • Previous Recruitment/HR experience
  • Highly Organised
  • Good telephone manner
