- Opportunity to lead the entire finance function of a fast growing D2C brand
- Exposure to complex financial operations.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports and statements.
- Run business partnering initiatives and work on business growth.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must.
- 5-10 years of experience in high-growth consumer startups, D2C, Retail, FMCG, or technology companies.
- Previous experience with beauty, fragrance or lifestyle categories.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or strategic planning is preferred.
