Our focus is simple: reduce labor dependency, improve efficiency, and make mechanization accessible.\nWe’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machinery\nTake products from idea → prototype → field validation → production\nManage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering team\nWork closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams\nDrive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions\nContinuously improve existing machines based on field feedback\nWhat Actually Matters\nProven experience in Development of Machines (Automation & Robotics)\nExperience leading Engineering teams (4–5 people)\nStrong fundamentals in Electro - Mechanical , Robotics , Automation design, Power transmission\nAbility to make decisions with imperfect data and move fast\nComfortable working in a hands-on, resource-constrained environment\nGood to Have\nExperience in Agri machinery / food processing equipment\nExposure to Machine development, Transmission systems, Sheetmetal & Plastics\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and vendor management\nWhy This Role\nDirect ownership of Real Machines used by farmers\nOpportunity to build products that scale across India\nWork on high-impact, ground-level innovation , not theoretical design\nLocation\nhttps://share.google/sMM4XcwtsGVnmYX7I\nwe work 6 days a week
