Job Title: Associate Creative Director\nLocation: Mumbai\nTotal experience: 8+ yrs\n\nWe’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with strong conceptual thinking, hands-on creative leadership, and production experience , someone who can ideate, lead teams, and translate brand strategies into high-impact creative work across digital, social, and video platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation\nLead creative ideation for brand campaigns, digital films, social content, and integrated brand experiences.\nWork closely with the strategy, content, and account teams to translate brand objectives into powerful creative narratives.\nDevelop creative decks, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling routes that are both strategic and culturally relevant.\nBalance big-picture thinking with hands-on involvement in scripting, copywriting, and art direction when required.\n2. Team Leadership & Creative Direction\nOversee a team of writers, designers, and art directors to ensure creative consistency and excellence.\nGuide and mentor junior creatives, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.\nEnsure all work delivered is on-brand, on-brief, and meets our creative standards.\nReview scripts, storyboards, campaign ideas, and final outputs before client presentations.\n3.

Production Collaboration\nWork closely with the in-house production and post-production teams to bring creative ideas to life.\nParticipate in pre-production, casting, styling, and on-set creative supervision when required.\nEnsure creative integrity during execution from script to final edit.\nCollaborate with directors, DOPs, and editors to ensure the tone, look, and feel align with brand intent.\n4. Client Engagement & Presentations\nLead creative presentations and discussions with clients and stakeholders.\nBuild confidence with clients through strong storytelling, rationale, and creative vision.\nPartner with the Business and Strategy teams to proactively identify creative opportunities with existing clients.\n5. Innovation & Trend Awareness\nStay up-to-date with digital trends, content formats, and emerging platforms.\nBring new creative techniques, formats, and storytelling approaches to the team.\nEncourage experimentation with design, motion, and new media forms in campaign execution.\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong conceptual thinking with excellent command over visual and verbal storytelling.\nDeep understanding of digital content, social media, and branded film production.\nExcellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to balance creative freedom with brand discipline and timelines.\nStrong collaboration and multitasking skills in a fast-paced creative environment.\nHands-on with idea development, scripting, and creative reviews.\nA portfolio that demonstrates a blend of creative campaign thinking and production-led storytelling .\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication, or Fine Arts.\n6–10 years of experience in creative roles at an advertising agency, digital agency, or production house.\nPrior experience working on branded content, social films, or campaign production is a must.\nExperience leading creative teams and managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle.\n\nEmployment Type : Full Time (Work From Office)\nLocation: Andheri East
