Roles and Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Responsible for ensuring effective PHA for allocated processes :a) Review Process documentation and define Audit Parameters and identify design gaps, if any
b) Preparation of individual audit plan for timely closure of PHA dashboardc) Obtain and analyse data for effective samplingd) Conduct sample audits (assessments) ensuring all departments and steps are in scope of PHAe) Ensures compliance with established regulations,internal controls procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.f) Review Internal Audit & Concurrent findings to strengthen audit parametersg) Identify value adding process improvement ideas and recommend risk aversion measures basis professional experienceh) Calibrate with stakeholders on the observations noted in the audits and prepare Monthly Dashboardi) Manage activities of Team membersB. Preparation of PPT to share an update with stakeholders/ management on PHA scores
