The Role :

As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing customer reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage and process customer reservations efficiently.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide information on services, rates, and availability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to deliver a high standard of service.
