We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineering professional to support the development of intelligent business solutions through robust data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and customer-focused initiatives.

Candidates should have a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including key concepts, techniques, and tools, to effectively support modern data and analytics solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for marketing and customer data.

• Integrate data from various sources, including CRM platforms, advertising networks, web analytics tools, and campaign management systems.

• Build and optimize data models to support customer segmentation, attribution analysis, and campaign performance tracking.

• Manage and optimize data storage and processing using cloud-based data warehouse technologies.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

• Support data-driven initiatives through effective data engineering and analytics practices.

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration techniques.

• Experience working with cloud data platforms and data warehousing solutions.

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data transformation.

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) fundamentals, concepts, techniques, and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Analyze and solve moderately complex technical and business problems.

• Create new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods, tools, and procedures.

• Work with minimal guidance in determining methods and approaches for new assignments.

• Collaborate with peers, team leads, management, and client stakeholders as required.

• Understand and align work with strategic objectives and team goals.

• Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally influence related teams.

• Lead medium-to-small workstreams or contribute independently to key project deliverables.
