Presidio IRM also offers v-CISO and v-DPO services alongside remote monitoring and compliance measurement solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Security Consultant, based in the Pune District with some flexibility for remote work. The consultant will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and managing information security frameworks such as ISMS and cybersecurity strategies. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, developing and managing data privacy policies, and overseeing network security measures to protect client assets. Collaborating with clients, you will identify vulnerabilities, draft security policies, and recommend actionable steps to strengthen their security infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Information Security Management System (ISMS) frameworks and standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
  • Experience and knowledge of Data Privacy practices, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and handling sensitive data
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
  • Expertise in Network Security strategies, monitoring, and implementation to protect organizational infrastructure
  • Familiarity with governance policies and practices in risk management, audits, and compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
