  • Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy focussed on clientele in the US and EMEA region , with a strong focus on pipeline generation, brand building, and category presence.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing marketing organization across demand gen, product marketing, content, and growth.
  • Drive measurable ARR impact by scaling marketing programs, channels, and motions that have delivered results at similar growth stages.
  • Develop and execute AI‑powered marketing strategies, leveraging automation, personalization, predictive analytics, and content acceleration tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Ops on integrated GTM planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong marketing hygiene across communication, performance tracking, experimentation, and continuous iteration.
  • Represent marketing leadership at executive forums, influencing strategy, product direction, and GTM priorities.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head of Marketing should have:

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in the SaaS/ B2B technology industry.
  • Proven High-Growth Trajectory: Operated in a larger, scaled setup with a strong bias for rapid learning and execution; ideally contributed to ~$20M+ growth in prior roles.
  • Strong SaaS / B2B Tech Foundation: Deep experience in B2B tech or SaaS; if not SaaS, must have scaled a tech-led business.
  • Scale Experience: Has directly experienced or driven the $10M → $20M ARR growth phase, with mastery over the GTM levers of this scale.
  • AI‑Powered Marketing Strategy: Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven tools and techniques across demand gen, personalization, automation, analytics, and content velocity to amplify pipeline and efficiency.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams across functions.
  • Global Marketing Expertise: Deep experience running and scaling marketing motions across US & EMEA, with strong communication and a hustler mindset.
