KPMG Global Services (KGS) India is a strategic global delivery organization that works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements.\nThe KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.\n\nJob description:\nLocation -Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\n\nExperience- 6 -8 Years of SAP MM STP experience.\n\nS4 hana + STP (Procurement) + SAP MM ( Minimum 1 S4 implementation)\n\nRole Responsibilities:\nMin 7+ years of SAP procurement and sourcing experience including at least 2+ years on SAP S/4HANA 1809 or above.\nExtensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts\nNeed to have hands on experience in SAP MM module with the cross functional integration with the other modules like SD, PP and FI/CO.\nNeed to have hands-on experience on S4 new offerings like BP , CVI , advanced contract settlement , Central procurement.\nDeep understanding of Direct and Indirect Procurement with emphasis on P2P: Requisitioning, Purchase Order, Goods/Service Receipt, Invoice.\nMust have sound knowledge on Special Procurement,\nKnowledge of inventory management, GI, GR, Transfer Posting, Stock determination\nHas Knowledge on source determination and Contract management.\nMust have good knowledge on Master data including Material master, Business Partner, Service Master, Source List etc.\nHave knowledge on Data Migration, LSMW , LTMC and LTAP processes.\nHaving Knowledge on Pricing Procedure and Release strategy, Flexible Workflow and its configuration.\nKnowledge of integration with tax engine would be an added advantage\nAbility to work in independently in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through design and maintenance of activities in the procure to pay process.\nExposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management\nTools\nStrong verbal communication skills and ability to\nEstablish a rapport with clients and colleagues\nStrong organizational and analytical skills\nExceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work\nIndependently and with a team\nAbility to flexible to stretch and learn new\nTechnologies/process whenever necessary\n\nRequirement:\nCandidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment\nShould have prior working experience in S4 Hana implementations and rollouts\nVery strong and established track record of working in SAP MM Module\nAbility to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines\nExcellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.\nConsistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout\nExcellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills\nMust be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.\nExcellent Communication Skills\n\nMust-Have Certifications\nSAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement (TS450 /TS452)\nExperience & Background\nB-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA\n6+ years of SAP MM Consulting experience.
