Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Seller Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding D2C and homegrown brands. This role involves managing the complete seller lifecycle—from initial outreach to successful product listing on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seller Prospecting:
    Identify and research potential D2C and homegrown brands through digital platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Outreach & Lead Generation:
    Connect with potential sellers via calls, messages, and social media to generate interest.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    Schedule discovery calls or in-person meetings with brand owners.
  • Field Visits:
    Visit sellers locally in Ahmedabad when required to pitch, convince, and close onboarding.
  • Onboarding Support:
    Collect necessary documents, product details, and media assets from sellers.
  • Product Listing:
    Assist in uploading and accurately listing seller products on the platform.
  • Relationship Management:
    Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term relationships with sellers.
  • Reporting:
    Track daily outreach activities, pipeline status, and onboarding progress.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with English fluency and Hindi
  • Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality
  • Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail while handling documentation and product data
  • Prior experience in sales, field work, or outreach is an added advantage (not mandatory)
