Job Title: US IT Recruiter / US Staffing Specialist (100% Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Remote US Staffing Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience and deep knowledge of the United States job market. In this role, you will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle from home, sourcing and placing top-tier talent for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic for a remote setup and a solid understanding of US tax terms, work visas, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes remotely.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize US job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder) to find passive and active candidates.
  • Compliance & Screening: Verify candidate work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, TN) and run initial background checks.
  • Rate Negotiation: Confidently negotiate compensation packages across various tax structures (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring client requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated in real-time.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically in US Staffing and Recruitment.
  • US Market Expertise: Clear understanding of US geography, major tech hubs, and regional talent availability.
  • Remote Readiness: Dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed internet and reliable power backup.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for client-facing tasks.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working full-time night shifts to align with US business hours (EST/CST/PST).
  • Tools: Prior experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva).
  • Must have own laptop.

Preferred Skills
  • Strong self-management and time-management skills in a work-from-home environment.
  • Existing network of vendors, subcontractors, and bench candidates.
