Role Overview :

We are looking for a Dynamic Community Manager to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our healthcare customer ecosystem. The role focuses on building strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and partners while ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture online/offline communities including patients, doctors, and healthcare partners

• Drive customer engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer success and support queries

• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns)

• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/operations teams for improvements

• Monitor community health metrics (engagement, churn, satisfaction scores)

• Create knowledge resources, FAQs, and communication content for users

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

• Build long-term relationships to improve customer lifetime value


Key Skills & Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success / Community Management / Client Engagement

• Prior experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospitals, or Clinical Research preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights

• Experience with CRM tools and community platforms

• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (patients, doctors, internal teams)
