Job Description
Overview:
A seasoned procurement professional to manage end-to-end contracting and procurement activities for construction
projects, with a strong focus on high-rise commercial developments. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor
management, contract finalization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project
execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
%AA; Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and business objectives
%AA; Lead sourcing initiatives for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
%AA; Manage end-to-end tendering processes including RFQ, RFP, and EOI
%AA; Drive commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with vendors and service providers
%AA; Ensure adherence to contractual terms, quality standards, timelines, and statutory requirements
%AA; Identify and mitigate procurement risks including cost escalation, supply chain disruptions, and vendor
performance issues
%AA; Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
%AA; Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
%AA; Maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance across procurement activities
%AA; Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health
and Safety (EHS).
