PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

'13; Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property
(secured) product.

'13; Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ₹10 Lakhs.

'13; Responsible for collections of the cases that are
sourced.

'13; Ensure the files are processed from login stage to
disbursement and liaise with internal

departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.

'13; Sourcing of customers through DSA, Connector and Open
Market Channels.

'13; Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and
satisfaction.

'13; Maintaining strong relationships with clients.

'13; Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market
to expand the LAP customer base.

'13; Planning & execution of market promotional
activities\

QUALIFICATIONS

'13; 2+ Years experience in handling secured micro loan
against property product.

'13; Prior experience in Micro LAP business (2 Lakhs - 10
Lakhs) ticket sizes is mandatory

'13; Well-connected and great understanding of local market
