Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities To anchor following responsibilities:
- Support and maintenance of Finacle Core Banking System.
- Incident management, analysis, solution and implementation.
- Timely restoration (Quick fix) to streamline operations till permanent solution gets ready.
- Comprehensive testing through functional team to ensure quality release in production.
- Timely delivery of product patches with proper testing to ensure minimum impact to the business.
- Introduce and enforce policies to reduce system disruptions and ensure maximum uptime.
- EOD BOD, interfaces and batch processing.
- User and vendor collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaboration with various IT and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
- Comprehensive documentation wherever applicable.
- Compliance on bank processes and IT security policy.
- System audits – Internal, External and Risk Based.
- Comprehensive MIS for various business units and leadership team.
- Devise and implement all the technical solutions in Finacle Core Banking.
