CCTech - Solution Architect

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end business and technology solutions across infrastructure, engineering, and enterprise ecosystems.Unlike a pure software architect, this role emphasizes cross-domain solutioning, systems integration, data strategy, and business process digitalization — ensuring technology alignment with organizational and client objectives. The Solution Architect will act as the strategic bridge between business vision and technical implementation, shaping multi-technology solutions across AECO, manufacturing, and digital infrastructure domains. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Develop enterprise-wide solution blueprints integrating applications, data, and infrastructure layers
• Define system interoperability frameworks across GIS, ERP, PLM, IoT, and digital twin environments.
• Lead architecture definition for large-scale transformation programs — cloud migration, digital integration, or platform modernization.
• Ensure that all components (apps, databases, APIs, workflows, analytics) fit together seamlessly and align with business outcomes.

2. Business & Technical Alignment

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational needs and map them to technology capabilities.
• Define To-Be processes, business flows, and data models to support automation and scalability.
• Translate conceptual business goals into tangible, executable solution designs.
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed solutions on existing systems and processes.

3. Technology Integration & Governance

• Design solutions leveraging multi-vendor ecosystems (Autodesk, SAP, Microsoft, ESRI, etc.).
• Ensure governance on standards, compliance, interoperability, and security.
• Define data-sharing models and enterprise integration strategies using API, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
• Support digital twin and GIS integration strategies for infrastructure projects.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with CXOs, program directors, and client technical teams to present solution approaches.
• Mentor technical and functional teams on system architecture and integration best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption within enterprise programs.
• Act as a key advisor during RFPs, solution proposals, and technical validations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or systems integration.
  
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud architecture, and data governance.
  
• Exposure to AECO, manufacturing, or infrastructure technology ecosystems.
  
• Strong grasp of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, Kafka, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services).
  
• Familiarity with BIM, PLM, GIS, IoT, and digital twin platforms.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for client-facing discussions.
  
• Ability to work across hybrid environments — cloud, on-premise, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  
• Certifications: TOGAF / AWS Solution Architect / Azure Enterprise Architect.
  
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or national digital programs (like Gati Shakti).
  
• Prior experience in consulting, system integrator, or digital transformation roles.
