    Job Description

  • Own end-to-end social media strategy and content calendar across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
  • Lead topical and moment-based content planning aligned with festivals, EV/auto days, cultural trends, and real-time opportunities.
  • Build community-led storytelling by showcasing customer drives, ownership journeys, and experiential brand properties.
  • Act as the social lead for new product launches and GTM campaigns across pre-buzz, reveal, booking, and delivery phases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, PR, CX, Sales, and Dealer teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Manage influencers, creators, and auto/EV communities to drive advocacy and reach.
  • Track KPIs including engagement, video performance, sentiment, and share of voice to continuously optimize content strategy.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in social media or digital brand roles, with strong exposure to consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven track record of leading platform strategy, topical calendars, and moment marketing.
  • Experience working on launches and cross-functional GTM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong storyteller with a data-driven mindset and ability to simplify technical features into engaging content.
