Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our India team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and coordination with global HR teams. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation

  • Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

  • Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee morale

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage HR documentation, letters, and policy administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams for audits and statutory requirements

Performance Management
  • Support annual appraisal cycles

  • Assist managers in performance reviews and development planning

  • Track KRA/KPI processes and maintain performance-related documentation

Recruitment Coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers for role understanding and screening

  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication

  • Support talent acquisition activities as required

Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions

  • Maintain training records and track completion status

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, MS Office, and reporting
