What you’ll do
We are looking for a Sales & Service Cloud Business Processes Senior Consultant who is skilled in the solution as well as has technical expertise to meet the demands of the customer implementation and solution adoption needs.
This role will offer you –
- To work on global Sales & Service Cloud implementations helping the customers streamline their sales & service processes
- Opportunity to enhance your skills on other requisite areas to fast track your aspirations to become a Sales or Service Process Architect / CX Solution Architect
- Fine tune your consulting skills with focused learning journeys suited to your needs and opportunities to explore various spheres of consultant journey
- Performs tasks involved in implementation of SAP CX solution as per customer requirements using predefined methodologies
- Experience in driving E2E engagements, conducting requirement gathering workshops, mapping requirements to standard best practise processes, cut over management etc.
- Together with customer define futuristic business processes to cater to Sales & Service processes across industries
- Promote a "cloud mindset" within the team, advocating for the adoption of cloud-based solutions and services.
- Implement and advocate for a "clean core" approach, ensuring minimal customization and adherence to standard SAP best practices.
- Support customers improve Sales & Service Cloud solution adoption
- Help existing V1 customer seamlessly migrate to V2 solution with quick time to value
- Establish relationships with customer and partners and to deliver timely, high quality consulting services
- Develop functional as well as technical design based on the business requirements and to be able to translate the same into project deliverables
- Enforcement of industry-specific service-offerings. Detailed design of industry-specific / corporate customer processes.
- Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment.
- Support Pre-sales activities.
- Support practice/organization specific initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, CX solution roadmaps.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 5 or 6 Full Life Cycle Implementations in the area of Sales & Service Cloud Solution/ Roll- Outs experience.
- Leading Large implementation teams
- SAP Certification in CX sales or service cloud V1 or V2.
- Experience in agile and SAP activate methodology.
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, Lead-To-Cash or Issue-To-Resolution and best practices.
- Experience in supporting pre-sales activities
- MCA / B.Tech or B.E
- Good Presentation and communication skills with fluent English
- Experience in other SAP CX solution is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Industry Domain (Retail/Consumer/Utilities/Travel etc)
- Good to have working knowledge of SAP BTP Build App, SAP Build Process Automation, SDK & CPI skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud UI Features (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
