Job Title: AI Technical Architect\nWork Location: Whitefield,Bangalore\nJob Type: Full time\nWork Type: Onsite\nWork Time: UK Shifts (1.30 pm - 10.30 pm)\n\nOverview:\n\nTekWissen is a global workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.\n\nJob Description:\n10+ years of overall experience including 2-3 years as Architect\nWe are looking for an experienced AI Technical Architect who is responsible for designing enterprise AI solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.\nThis role translates business needs into AI-driven architectures (across data ingestion, models and operational workflows), ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices and firmwide standards.\nThey provide deep experience in designing viable, feasible, performant AI solutions.\nThis role is for you if you have:\nProven experience architecting AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers, collaborating with R&D and engineering teams.\nExpertise in AI Architecture, including LLM/SLM (Large Language Models/Small Language Models) deployment, fine-tuning, inference optimization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), API- based AI deployment and model orchestration.\nBuild and deploy AI solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI).\nEnsure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, scalability, and reliability standards.\nProficiency in Cloud Security & FinOps, including AI landing zones, model refinement and testing, and compliance strategies.\nExperience in Enterprise AI Design, focusing on scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI integration.\nUnderstanding of data science principles, enabling informed evaluation of machine learning and statistical models.\n\nMust Have skills:\nMust have experience into the complete life cycle- AI/ML experience.\nShould have hands-on experience in the following areas:\nDeep ML/LLM systems engineering\nRAG and Vector Stores\nAgent Workflow Building\nHands-on delivery focused\nMulti-Agent Systems\nStrong experience building real GenAI solutions, including:\nRAG implementations\nLangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or Llamaindex\nPrompt engineering\nVector databases & embeddings\nComfortable leading delivery and making technical decisions\nCan code, prototype, and guide teams by example\n\nTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
