Designation - Commercial Manager\nExperience- 10 to 15 years of experience\nQualification - Bachelor/Master degree\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Commercial Strategy & Governance\nDevelop and implement commercial policies, procedures, and frameworks\nEnsure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements\nSupport leadership in strategic decision-making through commercial insights and analysis\n2. Contract Management\nDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners\nEnsure risk mitigation through well-structured contractual terms\nMonitor contract performance, renewals, and compliance\n3.

Pricing & Revenue Management\nDevelop pricing strategies based on market trends, cost structures, and competition\nEnsure margin optimization and profitability analysis\nMonitor revenue leakage and implement control mechanisms\n4. Cost Optimization & Budget Control\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities across procurement and operations\nDrive initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement\nMonitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance\n5. Procurement & Vendor Management\nCollaborate with procurement teams to ensure commercial viability of sourcing decisions\nEvaluate vendor contracts, pricing models, and commercial terms\nBuild strong supplier relationships for long-term value creation\n6.

Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations teams\nAct as a bridge between business teams and external partners\nProvide commercial guidance to internal stakeholders\n7. Risk Management & Compliance\nIdentify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies\nEnsure adherence to statutory, audit, and internal compliance requirements\nSupport internal and external audits\n8. MIS, Reporting & Analytics\nPrepare commercial dashboards, reports, and KPIs\nTrack margins, cost performance, and contract effectiveness\nProvide data-driven recommendations for improvement\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong negotiation and contract management skills\nFinancial acumen with cost and margin focus\nAnalytical and problem-solving ability\nKnowledge of commercial laws, taxation, and compliance\nStakeholder management and communication skills\nStrategic thinking with execution capability
