Job Summary:

We are looking for a committed Senior Resident in Anesthesiology to assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, emergency anesthesia services, and ICU management under the supervision of senior consultants.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer anesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries across various specialties.

  • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative rounds.

  • Monitor patients during surgery and ensure optimal intra-operative care.

  • Assist in the management of ICU and ventilated patients.

  • Participate in on-call duties, code blue responses, and pain management services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient notes.

  • Take part in academic sessions, departmental teaching, and clinical audits.


Qualifications:
  • MBBS + MD / DNB (Anesthesiology) from a recognized institution.

  • Registered with MCI/NMC or the respective State Medical Council.

  • Freshers and up to 3 years of post-PG experience can apply.


Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques

  • Ability to handle emergencies and work in critical care environments

  • Good communication and team collaboration

  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability

  • Familiarity with anesthesia machines and ICU monitoring system
