Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives
and values.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
programs.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including
performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to
employment.
Develop and maintain employee records, including incentive calculations, personnel files,
training records, and performance evaluations.
Manage the HR budget, including payroll and benefits expenses.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
