Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in India for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to prepare and deliver tailored proposals, and supporting contract execution. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate across departments to meet client needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and other sales software is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the life sciences industry and experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
