• Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Identify customer insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.
• Support bank staff in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales service.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
