Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to head our IT recruitment vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the profitability of your business unit. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT Sectors.
Oversee hiring for diverse IT roles across various levels (Junior to Leadership).
Take ownership of the team's P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Manage end-to-end client coordination, from requirement gathering to final negotiation and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus) with strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience: Minimum 5years of core experience in IT recruitment with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
Industry Exposure: Proven experience hiring for IT sectors.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of recruitment business metrics and the ability to manage P&L.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
