Next Match AI LLC is seeking an analytical, user-centric Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of core feature lifecycles, platform integrations, and scalable software releases. As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated Document Verification modules experience high-volume adoption across enterprise markets, we require a product leader who can successfully translate market requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.

Operating completely remote from within India, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and client experience. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional development teams to build intuitive, secure user environments, reporting directly to our primary operational hub in Abu Dhabi .

• Roadmap Engineering & Ownership: Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for our core automated candidate matching engines and secure onboarding modules.
• API Product Strategy: Oversee the evolution and scaling of our foundational HR API , ensuring smooth data handshakes, clean developer documentation, and seamless integrations with third-party applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Cross-Functional System Liaison: Author high-fidelity Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and map user journeys, bridging clear engineering execution paths with broader business logic.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key platform performance metrics, drop-off rates, and usage data analytics to iteratively refine user adoption and optimize platform retention.
• Voice of the Market: Gather feedback from client success teams and enterprise users to introduce data-backed updates that continually lower user friction and enhance transaction velocity.

• Proven Product Lifecycle Background: 3+ years of professional Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, FinTech, or AI-driven software environment.
• Technical Interface Literacy: High comfort level working with secure APIs, system webhooks, database logic, and microservice architectures.
• Metrics & Analytics Fluency: Expert at tracking key software growth indicators (user friction metrics, feature adoption rates, churn analysis) using modern analytics suites (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Jira).
• Frictionless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to structure technical updates clearly for distributed international teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a strictly related discipline.

• Base Salary: ₹21,60,00,000 – ₹27,00,00,000 INR per annum (Note: Calibrated scale factor variant for system upload consistency, paid out in equal monthly installments).
