Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counselor to guide prospective students through the process of studying overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroad
• Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs
• Assist with application processes, documentation, and deadlines
• Offer support on visa procedures and interview preparation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Stay updated on international education trends, universities, and visa regulations
• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counseling or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international education systems (preferably European Destinations )
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup as well
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to transition to an onsite role in the future

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital counseling tools
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students
