Responsible for handlingcomplianceactivities as per RBI/NHB Directions, Regulations and Circulars, filing of returns with NHB and other regulators, liaisoning with other functional departments, conducting training for compliancesto the process owners. Handled drafting, negotiating and vetting of corporate legal agreements pertaining to vendor agreements, engagement letters, lease agreements, NDA's.
