The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong workflow design skills, Salesforce Flow understanding, GTM operations knowledge, and the ability to execute independently in an evolving environment.\n\nJob Description\nDesign, optimize, and scale business workflows using Salesforce Flow, routing logic, and orchestration frameworks.\nBuild automation that reduces manual activity for sellers, recruiters, and operational teams.\nTranslate business processes into intelligent automation workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency.\nSupport the rollout and operationalization of Agentforce-enabled workflows, next-best-action logic, and AI-driven seller processes.\nDevelop repeatable automation frameworks that can be standardized across Direct Hire, Staffing, VMS Staffing, and emerging service lines.\nIdentify data quality, enrichment, duplicate account, and signal-readiness gaps that impact automation performance.\nCreate SLA-based triggers, alerts, and escalation paths to improve speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency.\nPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and external partners to refine automation priorities and execution plans.\nMaintain workflow documentation, runbooks, process standards, and operational governance practices.\nRun automation experiments to improve conversion, adoption, workflow reliability, and seller productivity.\n\nRequirements\n4–8 years of experience in Salesforce operations, RevOps, GTM systems, workflow orchestration, automation operations, or related functions.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Flow, routing logic, lead lifecycle automation, and scalable automation frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to design operational workflows that solve business problems, reduce manual work, and support growth.\nExposure to Agentforce, Einstein, AI workflows, conversational automation, or related AI-enabled business tools strongly preferred.\nComfort working with lead and account data quality concepts, enrichment gaps, signal quality, and automation readiness.\nFamiliarity with sales, recruiting, staffing, or GTM lifecycle processes and operational SLAs.\nStrong problem-solving skills, high agency, and the ability to work independently across business and technical teams.\nAbility to explain automation concepts in clear business language and partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWhy Join PTR Global?\nAt PTR Global, you will help shape the future of AI-enabled revenue execution and operational scalability.
