Shift : Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Position Overview:
We are hiring a motivated IT Recruiter – US Staffing with 1–3 years of experience to join our onsite recruitment team in Vadodara. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination for US-based IT requirements during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job portals and LinkedIn
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions
• Maintain ATS/database with accurate candidate records

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing
• Good understanding of US recruitment cycle and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099 preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring model
• Understanding of IT technologies and skill mapping
