Role Description
The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution, monitor progress, resolve site-related issues, and maintain accurate project documentation. The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of the project while upholding quality and safety standards.

- Support in Testing, Commissioning, and Handover Activities
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with MEP and architectural teams for smooth site execution.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality checklists.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering /MEPF.
- 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in institutional, commercial, healthcare, or large-scale building projects preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, drawings, and site execution.
- Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project monitoring tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be a local resident of the project location.
- Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
