  • Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales to close deals effectively.Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final closing, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:

    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and objectives.Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are being met and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.Report on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to help shape sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and activities to management.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

    Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve company-wide sales goals.
  • After-Sales Support:

    Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and assist with any post-purchase needs.Address any customer issues or complaints and work towards resolution to maintain long-term relationships.
