About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Business Process Development Executive with hands-on experience in CRMs, along with exposure to automation tools like Make, n8n, or similar platforms. This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining business workflows, as well as supporting reporting and data visibility across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Build and manage workflows on CRM applications (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms
  • Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or Lookerstudio
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively
  • Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Lookerstudio, Zoho Analytics or similar platforms for dashboarding and reporting
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with Deluge or SQL scripting (basic level preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have:

  • Experience in CRM workflows, lead lifecycle management, and marketing/sales automation.
  • Exposure to database concepts and data structuring
  • Understanding of event tracking or user journey mapping

Requirements
Who You Are: Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM management, or a related role. Proven experience with CRM platforms like LeadSquared and Zoho. Strong understanding of CRM customization, workflow optimization, and automation. Hands-on experience with BigQuery for reporting and data extraction. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Business process analysis and improvement BI Tools (looker studio, Tableau) Marketing and Sales automation Should Have: Experience in developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience working with SQL and other data visualization tools. Understanding of digital marketing and sales processes to enhance CRM effectiveness. Certification in CRM platforms or data analytics tools.
