- Verification, Categorization, Acceptance & Rejection Of Warranty Claims Through Physical Verification Of Warranty Failed Components.
- Reduction in PDI complaints (unsold Warranty claims) In-plant
- Reduction in Warranty Claims - 1 - days In-plant
- Reduction in Warranty Claims Above days In-plant
- Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI ObservationsTimely submission of countermeasure & Action plan for Market related complaint
- VTQI closure within hrs (After receipt in plant)
- Closure of TSM PDI points
- IMS ImplementationProper & standardized documentation
- Preparation and Updation of management indicators
- Conduction of various audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented countermeasures
- Adherence to plan
- TPM QM Pillar
Implementation of actions related to the Warranty, decided in QM sub- committee meeting QM Pillar Master Plan adherence. -
