    Job Description

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, referrals, and social networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions in the machining & stamping domain.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases for better tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract skilled candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

    A successful M/SM - Talent Acquisition should have:

  • A relevant educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition within the metal industry, preferably in machining & stamping.
  • Proficiency in utilizing modern recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to forecast and address staffing needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
