Job Description
- Strategic talent acquisition role.
- Opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, referrals, and social networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions in the machining & stamping domain.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases for better tracking and reporting.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract skilled candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
- A relevant educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition within the metal industry, preferably in machining & stamping.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to forecast and address staffing needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
