Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our brands marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications with good expertise in handling SAAS products.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  1. Lead the development of the brands vision, strategy, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  2. Define the brand s messaging, values, and tone of voice to align with target audiences and business objectives.

Campaign Management:

  1. Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  2. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI

Marketing Leadership:

  1. Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
  2. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  3. Oversee the execution of global and regional marketing campaigns.

Team Development & Management:

  1. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and marketing team.
  2. Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as product, sales, and creative.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  2. Use insights to refine strategies, messaging, and product positioning.

Brand & Content Leadership:

  1. Oversee content creation, digital presence, and social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Ensure content is on-brand, innovative, and resonates with the target audience.

Performance Reporting:

  1. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies.
  2. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to improve results.

Budget Management:

  1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Education: Master of Business Administration/ Any Graduate with 10+ years of experience in handling the Branding/ MArketing portfolio from SAAS Product background
