Position Details

Job Title: Formboard Design Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience Required: 2+ years in wire harness domain (flexible based on

profile)

We are looking for a skilled Formboard Design Engineer with hands-on experience in wire harness design/manufacturing to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop accurate 1:1 Formboard Drawings

• Prepare production-ready documentation:

• BOM
• Wire List
• Label Sheets
• Tool List
• Validation Checklist
• • Interpret wire harness drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams
• • Review component datasheets and validate compatibility
• • Ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness before release
• • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams

Required Skills:

• Experience in wire harness design/manufacturing

• Strong expertise in Zuken E3 (Mandatory)

• Understanding of automotive connectors & components

• Ability to interpret harness standards and drawings

• Good understanding of production requirements

Qualification :

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Electrical

• Electronics

• Mechanical
