Job Description:

• Develop and execute YouTube content and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and playlists for YouTube SEO
• Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities to improve views, watch time, subscriber growth, and audience engagement
• Track and report key YouTube performance metrics, including CTR, audience retention, watch time, subscriber conversion, impressions, and traffic sources
• Create content calendars and recommend video topics based on audience insights, search trends, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and content teams to ensure content is optimized for maximum performance
• Develop thumbnail and video packaging strategies to improve click-through rates
• Monitor competitor channels and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with content formats, publishing schedules, and video strategies
• Support the promotion and distribution of YouTube content across various digital platforms

What We're Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience in YouTube content, growth, or digital medi
• Proven experience in growing YouTube channels through subscriber growth, views, and engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content optimization, and performance metric
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends, and Google Analytics is preferred
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable content recommendations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Experience in education, media, creator economy, or content-driven businesses will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating YouTube channel growth and performance
• Experience working with educational, career-focused, or knowledge-based content
• Understanding of content marketing and digital audience growth strategies

Success Metrics:

• Growth in subscribers, watch time, and organic video views
• Improvement in click-through rates (CTR) and audience retention
• Increased leads, inquiries, or business outcomes generated through YouTube
• Consistent execution of content optimization and channel growth initiatives

Work Timings:

9.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off
