Regional Manager (Northern region)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Visit and manage assigned markets in the Northern region, including Lucknow and Varanasi.
· Plan and execute new product launch activities to create market awareness and demand.
· Set branch-wise distributor sales targets and monitor achievement.
· Follow up with distributors to ensure regular ordering and optimum stock levels.
· Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure timely supply of products to customers.
· Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
· Track and analyze primary and secondary sales performance of distributor branches.
· Circulate and implement product promotional activities across the Service Partner Network.
· Conduct regular sub-distributor and retailer meetings to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
· Monitor market competition and provide feedback to management.
