Technical Product Manager

About the Role

You'll own product delivery end-to-end: breaking down requirements, planning sprints, shipping features, and collaborating with engineering and design. You'll partner closely with UK and India-based teams (working 12 PM–9 PM IST) on robotics and lab automation software. This is a hands-on role that demands both strategic thinking and AI-native execution. The role is full-time based in the Hyderabad office.

You'll Do

• Plan and manage sprint cycles; translate customer needs into detailed technical specifications
• Own features from conception through delivery; track progress, unblock teams, ship on time
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and feasibility; understand trade-offs deeply
• Use Claude Code and AI agents to prototype wireframes, draft specs, generate documentation, and model complex workflows
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders; present findings and roadmap updates

You Must Have

• Experience in product management, product engineering, or a related technical role
• Coding ability — you don't write production code daily, but you read it, debug issues, and articulate technical constraints. Python or TypeScript preferred
• AI native mindset — expert proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Opus/Sonnet. You use agents to augment every workflow: planning, wireframing, documentation, requirements breakdown
• Proven ability to own features or projects end-to-end; comfort with ambiguity and iteration
• Strong communication skills; ability to distil complex technical and business context for diverse audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with robotics, lab automation, or hardware-adjacent software
• Familiarity with NestJS, Python FastAPI, React Flow, or ROS 2
• Knowledge of product management frameworks (RICE, Kano, jobs-to-be-done)
• Collaborative experience with design and engineering on complex UI/UX
