Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 7 years of
experience in the Engineering/EPC sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high-quality talent, and supporting business growth by hiring
skilled professionals across both technical and functional roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding
Identify and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, search partners
and internal databases
Evaluate and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and business needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Conduct initial HR assessments to determine candidate suitability and cultural fit as per the TAT
Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and successful candidate closure
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key engineering roles such as Project
Managers, Site Engineers, Design Engineers, QA/QC, for the office and project site.
Ensure timely hiring in line with defined recruitment targets and timelines
Partner with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
