Job Description

Brand: Origami. India's no. 1 tissue brand from last 10 consecutive years in collab with global Group RGE Singapore operating in multiple countries with Global brands like Vinda, Tempo etc.

in their portfolio is looking for a Marketing manager. Origami Categories: Kitchen towels, face tissues, wet wipes, baby wipes, paper napkins, toilet rolls, foils, toilet seat covers, hand washes and many more consumer goods/FMCG products etc. Position: Brand manager/Sr.

Brand Manager depending experience Key Responsibilities: Manage end to end both B2C (Offline online) & B2B marketing initiatives and should be good in multitasking to aligning different task in hand. Support creative & content planning, designing & executing for Digital campaigns, E-commerce, Influencer campaigns, A Content, Videos etc. in support with different agencies/designers.

End to end social media handles, Followers, Website traffic, SOV to drive strong brand imagery etc. Support activation & designing for outdoor activities like exhibitions, society, MT/GT Activations to support b2b and b2c channels. Managing end to end planning & execution of media and digital campaigns with agencies to drive brand funnel and yearly KPI agreed.

Manage and track marketing budget against KPI for planned activities for the year within timelines agreed to support the business & channels. Manage Ecom Cataloging, Pricing, support Eom team on various aspects of designing, creative, performance campaigns on 360 projects related to Ecom. Should have a good network of different agencies media, creative, videos, content, activation agencies to support the A&P spend.

Travel in different markets and understand gaps and learning’s to optimize spends in best possible ways. Analyze and Deep dive on new market trends, Competitors, Consumer researches and emerging consumer needs to drive consumer insights to drive growth for the tissue categories. Other skills needed: Should Brand understanding and versed with creation of brand in B2C & B2B.

Should be good multi-tasker and take up responsibilities independently Strong communication pedigree and manage stakeholders/agencies well-fitting to the marketing objectives Travel and ability to coordinate with different sales team Ability to fast-track projects and deliver within/before timelines as a good executioner Advantage on the role: Global exposure and learning’s Working for established Market Leader brand- No. 1 in the tissue category from last 10 years 360 degree exposure into marketing and brand management Experience between 9-10 yrs | Location: Bangalore HQ FMCG experience/Brand experience candidates are preferred | MBA in Marketing
